This Privacy Policy explains how PrepLoop ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service at [DOMAIN].

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and (if you sign in with LinkedIn) basic profile fields.
• Prep content you provide: resume text and job descriptions you upload or paste, used to tailor your practice questions and feedback.
• Practice data: your sessions, answers, and the feedback generated for them.
• Usage and billing data: plan/entitlement state and payment-processor references (we do not store full card numbers).

2. How we use information

To generate tailored questions and feedback, operate and secure the Service, process payments, and improve the product. Resume and job-description text is sent to our AI providers solely to produce your practice content.

3. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and processing providers (hosting, database, AI generation/embeddings, payments, email) only as needed to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Community submissions

If you submit a question to the community bank, it is screened and reviewed, then shown anonymously. Do not include personal or confidential information in submissions.

5. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account.

You can access and update your profile, and request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
