1. The Service

PrepLoop provides AI-generated interview practice questions and written feedback tailored to information you provide (such as your resume and a target job description). Practice content is for preparation purposes only and is not a guarantee of any interview or employment outcome.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, violating others' confidentiality or NDAs, attempting to disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineering it.

4. Community submissions

Questions you submit to the community bank pass through automated screening and human review before they may be published, and are shown anonymously. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or NDA-restricted material.

5. Payments

Paid plans and one-time passes are billed through our payment processor. Fees, caps, and access windows are described at the point of purchase. See our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
